2. Appointments
2.1 Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, warehouse visits are by appointment only.
2.2 How do I book an appointment?
Call or text us to book an appointment. You may also message us on Facebook or Instagram.
2.3 How long in advance do I need to book my appointment?
It is best to book at least 1-2 days in advance. If you contact us for a same day appointment, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
2.4 What to do when I arrive for an appointment?
On your first visit, please feel free to call +1 (612) 600-8982 when you arrive. We will then direct you to the entrance.
3. Purchasing
3.1 Can I make a purchase online?
Yes, you can purchase from our website, and we will ship directly to your door!
3.2 Am I required to purchase online?
No, you can visit our warehouse by appointment to buy your merchandise in person. Contact us to book an appointment.
3.3 Is a resale certificate required?
A resale certificate is not required to purchase, but we must charge sales tax if you do not have one. Send your resale certificate to sales@xcessflow.com so you are tax exempt on all future purchases.
3.4 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal. Processing fees apply to certain payment types. All truckload orders must be paid for via wire transfer.
3.5 How much will freight cost if I purchase a truckload?
Contact us with your address and the type of truckload you are interested in. We leverage our high volume to get you the cheapest freight prices possible.
4. Inventory
4.1 How often do you receive inventory?
New inventory arrives weekly. Schedule an appointment to come see our merchandise.
4.2 Do you sell individual items?
No, we only sell in bulk. We sell our merchandise by bundle, pallet, and truckload.
4.3 What is a BUNDLE?
A small wholesale lot of items usually in a box. Bundles are typically smaller than a pallet.
4.4 What is a PALLET?
A large wholesale lot of items which is stacked and wrapped on a wood pallet or in a gaylord box.
4.5 What is a TRUCKLOAD?
A 53’ tractor trailer filled with merchandise. A full truckload typically contains 24-26 pallets. Some truckloads may have double stacked pallets.
5. Delivery & Pickup
5.1 How do I receive my items?
We can ship bundles and pallets directly to your door, or you can pickup from our warehouse. Truckloads will be shipped directly from the retailer’s distribution center or from our warehouse.
5.2 Can you load my pallets directly onto my vehicle?
Yes we can load your pallets into your vehicle for you.
5.3 Will you handle the freight if I purchase a truckload?
Yes, we will take care of all logistics for you when you purchase a full truckload. We will have your truckload picked up from the distribution center or from our warehouse and delivered directly to your retail store or warehouse. We will keep you up to date every step of the way!
5.4 If I order a truckload will I have to unload the pallets?
Yes, in order to purchase a full truckload you must have a forklift or a loading dock so you can unload in a timely manner. Detention fees of $50 per hour begin after 2 hours.
6. Refunds
6.1 What if I have an issue with the merchandise I receive?
Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will get back to you promptly with next steps. We aim to resolve all disputes efficiently and fairly.
6.2 Can I return merchandise?
We cannot offer any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is a major discrepancy, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to ensure that disputes are handled fairly.
7. Item Conditions
What is the condition of your merchandise? Our merchandise comes in a variety of conditions. We want our buyers to be fully informed on what they are buying before they purchase. Please read the different types of product conditions below:
- Customer Returns - Items that have been returned to a store or online website. Customer returns are untested unless stated otherwise. The condition of customer returns may be new, open box, used, missing parts, or damaged. We offer no guarantees on the condition/functionality of customer return products.
- Overstock - Items that are liquidated because a retailer has an excess in quantity. Overstock items are brand new, mostly case-packed merchandise.
- Shelf Pulls - Items that are liquidated for various reasons. Box damage, missing box, end-of-season, and discontinued items are all examples of shelf pulls. Some box damaged items may have cosmetic defects or issues with functionality.
